Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. Note: 123 MKV does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before initiating a transfer.
You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not accepted. Where a third-party payment is identified, 123 MKV reserves the right to return the funds, restrict the account and request further verification.
Withdrawal requests made to Easypaisa or JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow the card network's standard processing times, usually 1–3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by 123 MKV, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification before processing.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. Where the original deposit method cannot receive funds (for example, a one-way payment gateway), 123 MKV will request verification before using an alternative method.
If you have accepted a bonus with active wagering requirements, you cannot withdraw funds until those requirements have been fully completed. Your account balance will clearly indicate how much of your balance is withdrawable versus subject to wagering requirements at any given time.
123 MKV reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours for security screening purposes, particularly for unusually large amounts or where account activity has triggered an automated fraud check. You will be notified if a hold is applied and provided with an estimated resolution timeframe.
All bonuses and promotions on 123 MKV are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new or existing registered players who have completed identity verification and made at least one qualifying deposit. Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement), which is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 20,000 in real-money bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors to multiply bonus values, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the promotion's terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
The 123 MKV refer-a-friend scheme allows eligible players to earn rewards for referring new players who successfully register and make a qualifying deposit. Rewards are credited after the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals (referring yourself via a second device or account) are not permitted and will be treated as bonus abuse.

Results are determined by the physical cards dealt on camera and are final once confirmed by the dealer. In the rare event of a stream disconnection during a live hand, the result will be adjudicated from server logs and camera recordings.

123 MKV reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached, a security concern exists, or the account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity. During a suspension, the player's balance will be held securely.
Accounts found to be in serious breach of these Terms — including confirmed fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation or repeated bonus abuse — will be permanently closed. In such cases, any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate play will be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation.
You may request closure of your 123 MKV account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you should withdraw any available balance. 123 MKV will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Note that accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened for a period of 30 days.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 123 MKV may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances of Rs 100 per month, or the remaining balance if lower. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
